Core Responsibilities​

1. Itinerary Execution & Interpretation​

Lead tourists to visit scenic spots according to the travel route. Introduce historical culture, local customs, and scenic spot backgrounds in vivid and accurate language. Answer tourists' questions promptly and professionally.​

1. Tourist Service & Communication​

Proactively care about tourists' needs, coordinate the connection of catering, accommodation, transportation, and other links. Handle unexpected issues during the itinerary in a timely manner (e.g., tourists' physical discomfort, itinerary adjustments).​

1. Safety Assurance & Compliance​

Remind tourists to pay attention to personal and property safety, abide by scenic spot regulations and local customs. Ensure the itinerary proceeds safely and orderly.​

1. Brand Maintenance & Feedback Collection​

Convey the company's service philosophy to tourists, collect feedback on the itinerary and services, and submit it to superiors after sorting to support service optimization.​

1. Information Preparation & Update​

Familiarize yourself with itinerary details, the latest information of scenic spots, and relevant policies (e.g., tickets, opening hours) in advance. Prepare interpretation materials and update them regularly.​
